Our Managing Partner, Davis M. Mirara founded Mirara & Associates Advocates LLP in the year 2019. He is the Team Leader of our Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution department. He specializes in Legal Audit and Compliance, Civil, Commercial and Criminal litigation specifically land disputes, insurance claims (personal injury & material damage), employment and labor relations disputes, succession law, family law and children law. He also leads the team in commercial and conveyance practice.
Our Senior Legal Assistant joined the firm in the year 2021 upon successful completion of her Postgraduate Diploma studies from the Kenya School of law. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi (2016) and a Diploma in Criminology and Social Order from the University of Nairobi (2011).
Wambui brings invaluable experience to the firm having previously worked for the firms of Ranja & Company Advocates and Nyokabi Waiganjo & Omung’ala Advocates.
Beyond her extreme passion in environmental conservation, Wambui leads the Conveyance department of the firm. She is also well versed with Litigation practice.

Shadrack Muimi was the first employee of the firm.
Our Executive Legal Clerk, Shadrack Muimi, joined the firm in the year 2019. Shadrack’s dedication matches non. He proficiently leads the team in the filing and service of court pleadings, fixing of dates, extraction of court decrees and orders among other many duties for the firm. The firm is privileged to have him as the lead in this department.

We often refer Oliver Nduati Macharia as the muscle of the firm. He joined the firm in the year 2020 where he directly reports to the Executive Legal Clerk. He offers invaluable assistance in the Litigation Department in undertaking all legal clerkship duties assigned to him.
Our Executive Assistant Dalphine Amanda, joined the firm in year 2019. She has a welcoming presence and ability to make clients feel at home as they await assistance and is always on call to offer any assistance.
She is in charge of the firm’s filing system. She also maintains a strict schedule of all meetings and executes various tasks within the Litigation department.
